Tips For Your Success
Our goal is to help you make a well-informed decision.
First of all, please never buy anything from anywhere until you understand the complexity of the project.
You may need a building permit or HOA approval, please check before purchasing.
A good decision includes taking into consideration:
- The use, style, size, options, site/location
- Commitment to permanence on your property
- Understanding and selecting all possible options
- Future uses (playhouses make great storage when they're outgrown)
- The total purchase costs, including shipping and the option of professional assembly
- Customer care, having someone to talk to and ask questions before and after the purchase
- Delivery
- Missing or damaged parts
- Warranty
- Review the Assembly Manuals - VERY IMPORTANT
Other considerations:
- Site location and preparation
- Before delivery have a clear path to the site
- Remove all debris, rocks, and bushes
- Type of level foundation
- If placing on bear ground, have it level
- If using gravel, have it prepared and level
- If using a concrete slab have it ready
- If using blocks, pavers or lumber have them on site
